You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). You grant Marlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and transmit such User Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.  By using our Services, you represent that you have the right to provide the User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

All rights in the Services, including but limited to software, documentation, interfaces , trademarks, and content (excluding only User Content) are solely owned by Marlo or its licensors. • You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any such AI outputs and for your reliance on such outputs.
• Marlo makes no warranties and disclaims all responsibility associated with any AI outputs. 
• AI Outputs are “as is” and you should use any such output at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Marlo’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms, where permissible by law, shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold Marlo harmless from any claims arising out of: (i) your misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; and (iii) Your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by JAMS, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive class actions and agree to bring claims individually.
